UTAH COUNTY -- Two men are lucky to be alive after getting stranded on Utah Lake.
Sheriff's deputies say the pair set out on the lake Wednesday morning for a day of fishing but then found the waves were too much for them.
They tried to row back to shore but were unable to get there.
Residents of Saratoga Springs noticed the boat and the men in distress and called for help. The boat was then pulled safely to shore.
Both men are said to be OK, just cold and wet.
