SALT LAKE CITY -- Some young activists from Utah are going to be recognized for their efforts.
The American Civil Liberties Union of Utah plans to award high school seniors who demonstrate a strong commitment to civil liberties with a $1,000 scholarhip.
The students must complete an essay and maintain at least a 3.0 GPA.
