(KSL News) -- A bomb scare emptied the Weber County Library in Ogden today.
Detectives spotted 36-year-old Todd Darren Land going into the library.
They arrested him on burglary and forgery charges, but evacuated the library and a nearby apartment building after finding a meth lab and an explosive device in his car.
Lt. Scott Sangberg, Ogden Police Department:"Oh we're glad to get him off the streets. We've been trying to put together enough to get warrants for a few days now and it's nice to get it done and get him behind bars.
The library was closed for an hour while a bomb squad dismantled the device.
