(KSL News) A body was discovered in Cold Water Creek in the North Fork campground near Liberty, Utah.
The Weber County Sheriff has identified the body as 25 year old Matt Boettcher from Uintah, Utah.
An autopsy will be performed.
Investigators are not ruling out foul play.
