(KSL News) -- Orem police are asking everyone to look out for an armed and dangerous attempted homicide suspect.
Authorites tried to arrest Reinhold Neumann back in November 1999 for suspicious activity, but he got away and ran over an officer in the process.
They say the car he used to escape was set on fire and left in water in Juab County.
Police, later found and arrested Neumann in California. He posted bail and was released from the Utah County jail last month.
He had orders to appear in court, but never showed.
