(Liberty-AP) -- Weber County Sheriff's officers say the death of a camper over the weekend at North Fork Park is suspicious.

Investigators say 25-year-old Matt Boettcher was found floating in a creek Saturday morning by two friends he was camping with.

Boettcher's friends called police around 7:20 a-m after finding the him.

The medical examiner has found no clear cause of death.

Investigators are now trying to figure out how Boettcher ended up in the river. And they're also waiting for the toxicology reports to come back.
