(Strawberry Reservoir-AP) -- A 50-year-old man on a fishing trip with his father at Strawberry Reservoir has died after falling into the water.

Man Dies at Strawberry Reservoir

The son was cleaning the catch at the end of the day when he dropped a fish overboard. He went after it, and wildlife officials later found him floating in the water. It's not yet known if the man drowned or suffered a heart attack.

The victim was wearing a life jacket, though there are conflicting reports about whether it was on properly.
