(Corvallis, Oregon-AP) -- The only man to be publicly named as a person of interest in the missing person case of Brooke Wilberger has pleaded innocent to burglary charges in an unrelated case.

Sung Koo Kim is facing charges of stealing women's underwear from an Oregon State University dorm room on May Second.

The 19-year-old B-Y-U student disappeared three weeks later from an apartment complex near Oregon State.

She hasn't been seen since, despite a massive search effort.

Kim hasn't been charged in Wilberger's disappearance.
