(KSL News) A seven year old girl was slightly hurt after being hit by a car this afternoon.
Salt Lake County sheriff's deputies say the girl was playing in a nearby yard at 3250 S. 9200 West when the homeowner asked her to leave.
She ran out of the yard and into the street where an oncoming car hit her. Deputies say the little girl flew up onto the hood, but only suffered a minor case of road rash. No charges are being filed.
