(Provo-AP) -- A man accused of shooting his boss in a dispute over unpaid wages has pleaded innocent to all charges.
Thirty-two-year-old Jesus (hay-ZOOS') Hernandez appeared yesterday in Fourth District Court in Provo. He is scheduled to go to trial at the end of August.
Hernandez is charged with murder, obstruction of justice and possession of a firearm by a restricted person. Hernandez is an illegal immigrant who had been living in Salt Lake City until his arrest.
Hernandez is accused of shooting 38-year-old Joseph Crummy after an ongoing argument over wages Crummy's workers said they were owed.
