(KSL News) -- Rescuers were on the scene today near a youth group stranded in Bell's Canyon.
The group of fifteen youth and their adult leaders were about a half mile from the trailhead when several teens began complaining of medical problems.
Rescuers reached the group and got them out safely. One teen ended up with an injured ankle. Another is being treated for dehydration.
