The home sustained some minor smoke damage. And one firefighter received minor injuries.

We talked to Sandy Fire earlier this morning and they say they have gotten in touch with the homeowner. He is a Captain with Salt Lake County Fire.

He was on vacation with his family in Bear Lake.

Investigators aren't calling this blaze suspicious, but do say it's under investigation.
