SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- A 37-year-old man is being held on a one (m) million dollar bail at the Summit County Jail for molesting his young cousin. But investigators say he's a suspect in several other cases.
The man was arrested August 28th and charged with several felonies including aggravated sexual abuse of a child.
The charges stem from incidents during a camping trip the man and his eleven-year-old cousin took near Mirror and Lost Lakes August 15th through the 21st.
Summit County police and the F-B-I are also investigating the man for a string of attempted abductions in Kamas last year. Police say he also admitted meeting a girl at the Summit County Rodeo and wanting to strangle her, but told police he later changed his mind.
