KAYSVILLE, Utah (AP) -- Two construction workers are in the hospital after a 16-foot house wall fell on them.

Kaysville fire officials say the workers were framing the wall when it fell in a Pheasant Brook subdivision yesterday morning. Officials say 29-year-old Jacob Alderman and 26-year-old Ronny Cruz were trapped underneath the wall and workers at a nearby site had to help lift the wall off them.

The wall weighed about a ton.

Alderman was transported by helicopter to the hospital and Cruz was transported to the hospital by ambulance.

There's no word yet on their conditions.
