(KSL News) A Taylorsville family narrowly escapes a fire in their apartment building.

Firefighters actually rescued a family of three from the apartment building at 5400 S. 1500 West this morning, using a ladder.

Family Rescued From Apartment Fire

The fire was burning in the entrance way to the second floor, and it kept occupants from getting out safely.

Fortunately, the flames were knocked out quickly and everyone is okay.

At this point, fire officials say the blaze looks suspicious.
