(KSL News) -- Charges will not be filed against a University of Utah student athlete accused of rape.
A 26-year-old woman says a U of U athlete raped her in a campus dorm almost two weeks ago. Police reports show the woman was hopsitalized, following a 9-1-1 call on September 5th.
But investigators say alcohol was involved, and the incident does not merit a level of crime that could be prosecuted.
