So the Cougars roll into Vegas, start a little slow, but then use "balance" to give the BYU faithful at Sam Boyd a lot to cheer about. Harvey hits the end zone 3 times, Max passes for over 300 and BYU moves to 5-1 with the 59-21 win. Should move up a few spots in the polls.

Well, UNLV, BYU and everyone else watching or listening to this game wishes it was over. The running game has been impressive but I'm not sure how proud of it you could be since this UNLV defense has given up more than 1300 yards in two weeks.

In go the Rebels to start the 4th Q....Defense has played relatively well, but with almost a full Quarter to go the Cougars need to keep this score down....like it or not, the voters look at the score and BYU has a chance to move up a few spots, no reason to give the voters any reason to not move the Cougars up......

The Answer....big play Dennis Pitta, Hall has been sharp and makes another solid pass and then D.P. does the rest......now the defense can make a statement and really put the Rebels away in this one.......31-14 BYU.

The Cougars just need to keep that balanced attack going, stay off of the turnover train and just finish this one out. The defense is rather impressive this evening lets see if its going to be a tale of two halves, or another 3 touchdowns for Harvey Unga.

BYU started at their own 2 yard line on that drive and they stalled at mid field but with the punt they put UNLV back at their own 18 to start their drive late here in the 2nd Quarter. 24-7 BYU!
