(KSL News) -- A Payson man is still searching for answers, after the mysterious disappearance of his wife, one month ago.

46 year old Ellen Kay, vanished, back on November 11th, after she left her mother's home in Payson for a doctor's appointment in Provo.

She was last seen driving this 1985 Chrysler, but never made it to that appointment and since then, no one has heard from her.

Mike Kay, Husband of Missing Woman: "All the ideas that we've had as a family has been checked out, every which way we could, there's just nothing to follow, there's no paper trail, no money trail or anything."

Police are investigating and are looking at all possibilities, including foul play, but so far have no leads.

If you have information, call Payson Police.
