SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- The military says 113 Utah Army Reserve soldiers of the 328th Combat Support Hospital will be mobilized for active duty next month.

The soldiers will become part of the medical staff at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center in Germany, taking care of wounded soldiers, Marines, airmen and sailors from both Operation Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom.

They will report January fifth to their base in Salt Lake City, and eventually go to Fort Carson, Colorado, for further training before going to Germany.

They can expect to remain on active duty for at least a year after they arrived at Landstuhl, but usually will NOT be gone longer than 545 days.
