(KSL News) The defense attorney for one of four BYU football players accused of raping a teenage girl wants a judge to dismiss the charges.

Rhome Zabriskie, who represents Ibrahim Rashada, says a police detective changed the testimony of one of the accused players to make the incident sound like it wasn't consensual.

The Utah County Attorney's Office said it will oppose the motion.
