(KSL News) A standoff ended peacefully Saturday night in Provo. After four hours of barricading himself inside of his home, 29-year-old Jason Blackburn surrendered.
Police were called out to his home after Blackburn had a fight with his wife and started threatening to shoot himself. The SWAT team evacuated nearby homes and police started negotiating.
Blackburn was finally arrested. This appears to be his first run in with the law.
