(KSL News) -- One of John Daniel Kingston's polygamist wives was back in court today, trying to get her children back.
For that to eventually happen, the judge ordered Heidi Mattingly to undergo more counseling.
The state took away 10 of the 11 children Kingston has with Mattingly, concluding she failed to protect the children from abuse. The judge says he's waiting for Mattingly to recognize Kington's abuse.
