SOUTH OGDEN - Police are asking for the public's help in finding a South Ogden woman who has been missing since Sunday.
"It's been several days and so the longer it goes, the more worried we become," said Marci Edwards with the South Ogden Police Department. "We would like to get this figured out and bring her safely home."
Linda Deschner, 49, has been missing since earlier this week. Her daughter and son-in-law came to her South Ogden home to have dinner Sunday night.
"They had a nice dinner. She left between 6:00 and 7:00 that evening to go back to her home. That was the last time she saw her mother," said Edwards.
Deschner's son lives with her at a home near 1900 East and 5600 South. He last saw her Saturday night.
Deschner commutes to and from work as a nurse in Logan, but didn't show up for her Monday morning shift.

She drives a 2002 blue Mitsubishi Gallant with the license plate number 640 WFT.
Neighbors say they haven't seen anything suspicious in the past few days. "I haven't noticed anything. It just seems normal. Everything seemed normal -- completely normal," said Levauna Gustaveson.
Gustaveson says Deschner moved here about two years ago after a divorce. She says Deschner struggles with on-and-off depression.
"Sometimes we're concerned about, you know, if she's having a hard week or just having a hard time," said Gustaveson.
Police say Deschner took her purse with her ID and credit cards, but left her two cell phones. Gustaveson also says Deschner took her depression medications with her.
Both neighbors and police hope foul play isn't involved.
"She would not hurt anyone and I don't think anyone would ever want to come after her," said Gustaveson.
Police are working to find her before it's too late. "We hope there's just a misunderstanding, miscommunication and she's fine," said Edwards.
Deschner is described as being 5 feet, 7 inches tall, about 170 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes.
Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to call the South Ogden Police Department at 801-622-2800.
