(KSL News) -- Police arrested a 17-year-old boy in Salt Lake City this morning, after he attacked another teenager with a wrench.
Police say the 17-year-old had run away from his home in Sandy and was staying with some friends near 1700 S. 500 East in Salt Lake.

This morning, he got into an argument with a 19-year-old man at the home, and beat him with a wrench.
Police say the victim suffered multiple hits to the head, and was transported to a hospital in serious condition.
