(KSL News) -- The man involved in yesterday's stand-off at a Heber Medical Clinic now knows what he's facing.
35-year old Roy Giles is charged with aggravated assault, aggravated kidnapping, and impersonating a police officer.
Giles was at the Wasatch medical clinic when patients say he got mad when a nurse called on another patient to see the doctor. He pulled out a gun and held patients hostage before peacefully surrendering to police officers.
Still no word on why he snapped, or exactly where he got his police badge from.
