(KSL News) -- Orem police are trying to identify a possible sexual predator who died after apparently shooting himself.

They say an Ogden man set up a meeting in Orem today with a 13-year old girl, or at least that's what he thought.

Instead, it was a member of the Sex Crimes Task force. When the 56-year old arrived for the meeting, Police cars surrounding his vehicle.

Warjay Walker, Witness: "They grabbed a rock out of the flower garden at the neighbor's and they had seen the guy had shot himself... And so they told him no... Opened it up and brought the body out."

Authorities are trying to find the suspect's family.
