(KSL News) -- Ivory homes wants to build condominiums in Lehi, but some residents are protesting.
They say the condos would boost the population, creating traffic problems and draining resources for schools and police officers.
Garett Muse, Lehi Resident: "All of the sudden this little community that people felt like were gonna be homes, nice homes being built in, is all of the sudden being a master plan community that the city is willing to do as long as they get paid their park."
Lehi's city council already voted unanimously to annex the land for the proposed site. They are supposed to make a zoning decision February 22ND.
