(KSL News) -- The leaders of Snow College in Ephraim, Utah are breathing a sigh of relief following a freak accident.
Last night a decorative ceiling in the lobby of the school's performing arts building collapsed without any warning. Fortunately no one was underneath at the time, but the force and weight crushed numerous chairs below.
The building is only 18-months old. Now the architect, contractor and state are at risk. Investigators are looking into the cause.
