SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- Family and friends will say their goodbyes today to the wife of a leader in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
A funeral for Dantzel White Nelson will be held at noon at the Salt Lake Bonneville Stake Center. Burial will be in the Salt Lake City Cemetery.
78-year-old Nelson died on Saturday of an unknown cause. She's the wife of Elder Russell Nelson of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles.
Nelson was a member of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir for 20 years, she had ten children, 54 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Russell Nelson has been an apostle with the L-D-S Church since 1984.
