(KSL News) -- Rumors in Spanish Fork have been circulating for days that police have solved a missing persons case. But police say the rumors are just that, rumors.

The talk involves the Kiplyn Davis case, a 15-year old girl who disappeared nearly ten years ago.

We have checked with police who say they've heard the same rumors, which are wide ranging, and all of them appear to be false.
