(KSL News) -- An alert citizen helped police arrest a man for car burglary.
The citizen noticed the man looking suspicious, hanging around cars at the University of Utah Rice Eccles Football Stadium parking lot this morning, and he called police.
Police found 19-year-old Charles Forester of Salt Lake carrying three stereos, two CD players and a laptop computer.
The citizen followed Forester as he boarded TRAX and kept an eye on him until police arrived and arrested him.
