SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- A competency hearing is rescheduled for a woman accused of killing a worker during a 1999 shooting rampage at the Triad Center.

30-year-old De-Kieu Duy (Die Cue Coy) was scheduled to appear in court today -- but the hearing was rescheduled for March 2nd.

Duy is accused of killing an AT&T employee during the rampage after being denied access to a KSL reporter. Another person was also wounded.

Duy is diagnosed as a paranoid schizophrenic. She has been undergoing treatment at the Utah State Hospital.

The competency hearing is scheduled for 10:30 a-m at the Matheson Courthouse.
