It's Dr. Seuss -- all of his magical characters set to music, in this case, The Cat in the Hat comes back to sing in 'Seussical the Musical'.
On Broadway, critics called it 'the cat's meow' -- the Cat in the Hat that is. It’s very familiar territory for the 60 student performers who've read everything Dr. Seuss has penned.

Lucky indeed to get permission to produce the Broadway script of 'Seussical the Musical".
Alan LaFleur, 4th Grade Teacher, Director: "I approached the publishing company and they weren't gonna let us do it. To my understanding, we're the first elementary school in the world to be doing this.”
The kids are tiired because of all those 7:30 am rehearsal, but the payoff comes tonight with an audience. If their classmates are any indication, they'll be a hit. Then it's onto bigger and better...

With their colorful imaginations, plus Green Eggs and Ham and Sam I Am in the whimsical world of Dr. Seuss, anything is possible.
This is all in honor of Theodor Geisel, Dr. Seuss's, 101st birthday yesterday. Performances are tonight, Friday, and Saturday at Bluffdale Elementary at 7:00.
