(KSL News) -- A woman is in critical condition after a trailer slammed into her family's van near West Jordan.
It happened when chains securing the trailer to its tow vehicle broke. The trailer hit the van head on. No one else was hurt.
Police are trying to find out why the chains didn't hold.
