SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- A 19-year-old man has been shot to death at Logan's Willow Park and Logan police believe it was gang-related.

Detectives were questioning two people. The victim's name has not yet been released.

The shooting occurred about 3:30 p.m. Sunday and the victim was taken to Logan Regional Hospital in a private car.

He had multiple gunshot wounds in the torso and was pronounced dead at the hospital, police Capt. James Geier said.

A short time later, Box Elder County sheriff's officers stopped a car near Perry and detained the two men after finding a gun in the car.

Police believe the confrontation near the park's batting cages was prearranged, Geier said.
