(KSL News)--Investigators say an experimental chemical, improperly handled, likely caused an explosion at a Utah weapons facility.
The explosion occured at the ATK Thiokol in Promontory. Thiokol says the blast took place after two lab technicians used unauthorized tools to move the chemical.
A Brigham City man died. The other technician hurt in the accident remains in critical condition.
