CEDAR CITY, Utah (AP) -- Police investigating a family fight ended up arresting a Cedar City man for allegedly being videotaped having sex acts with a 17-year-old girl.

Aaron Anthony Luera, 33, was arrested Friday and charged with sexual exploitation of a minor, a second-degree felony.

Police Detective Sgt. Jerry Womack said officers responding to a family fight Friday were told a woman was fighting with Luera because he allegedly was having sex with two of her relatives, one of whom is 17.

Womack said police searched the residence and found the video.

Luera was booked into Iron County Jail on $15,000 bail.

Iron County Attorney Scott Garrett planned to review evidence and could file additional charges.

It is against Utah law to have sexual intercourse with a 16- or 17-year old when the partner is 10 years older.

At Luera's initial appearance Tuesday in 5th District Court, Bryan Jackson was appointed to represent him.

Luera asked that his bail be reduced so that he could continue his job and support his girlfriend and new baby, but Judge G. Michael Westfall said a bail hearing would be necessary.
