WASHINGTON, D-C (AP) -- Utah's congressional delegation is doing little to protect the interests of the middle class.

That's according to an annual report card by the Drum Major Institute for Public Policy.

Based on their 2004 voting records on 14 bills, Representatives Rob Bishop and Chris Cannon did NOT vote correctly on any of the bills. They were both given an 'F' grade.

Senators Bob Bennett and Orrin Hatch also received failing grades. The institute said Hatch voted for the middle class 14-percent of the time and Bennett 17-percent.

As a whole, the Utah congressional delegation's average voting record on middle-class issues was 15-percent.
