Sandra Yi ReportingPolice say a man would offer to help women in a Wal-Mart parking lot then grope them. So far they know of three victims, but there could be more.

Police don't know how long he may have been doing this, but say he could have been doing it at various locations around the valley. The most recent incidents happened in the Wal-Mart parking lot at 5600 W. and 6200 South.

Police say he was approaching women, offering to help them load their bags into their cars, then he would grope them and expose himself. Just before noon yesterday, store security caught him in the act and called police.

When officers arrived they watched surveillance video, they say, showing the man committing a lewd act with another victim. She actually called to report it later. A third victim, they say, hasn't been identified.

Police are concerned that there are more victims out there, and they want those victims to come forward.

Capt. Steve Sandquist, West Valley City Police Dept.: "This is an exposure case, a groping case. We don't know what's out there. It could be a rape case or anything else.

Police arrested 26-year-old Rigoberto Ramirez Suaste. He was booked into the Salt Lake County Jail yesterday on charges of forcible sexual abuse and lewdness. Police say a lot of victims in these types of cases are embarrassed and won't call police, but police say it's very important the victims come forward so they can resolve this case.
