ST. GEORGE, Utah (AP) -- Six cases of viral meningitis have been reported in Washington County in recent weeks.
Southwest Utah Public Health Department officials say the reports do not indicate an outbreak status.
But they say testing is crucial to differentiate meningitis from West Nile Virus because some of the symptoms are similar.
