UTAH COUNTY -- A doctor already accused of voyeurism now faces a lawsuit that alleges he fondled a former employee.

The suit filed Friday accuses Dr. Steven Pack of fondling an 18-year-old certified medical assistant while supposedly teaching her to check for heart murmurs. The suit says it happened in July at Mountain Medical Urgent Care in Lehi.

In a separate incident, Pack was arrested Thursday morning on suspicion of voyeurism. Police say he hid a camera in an exam room and took inappropriate pictures of teenage employees. The employees told police that Pack asked them to test out some X-ray equipment and were told to change their clothes in a specific exam room.

Pack posted bond and was released from jail on Thursday.
