OGDEN, Utah (AP) -- Court dates have been set for a former used car dealer facing fraud, theft and drug charges.
Yesterday, Michael William Hodson, former owner of Willie's Used Cars, waived preliminary hearings. He faces eleven fraud counts stemming from operation of his dealership in Riverdale.
Authorities allege more than one-hundred customers were affected by alleged failures to deliver titles and pay off trade-ins and other purported wrongdoing.
Last month, Hodson was arrested in South Ogden after he allegedly skipped out on a ten dollar gas bill. Police said they found cocaine and drug paraphernalia in his car.
A status conference on drug charges is scheduled July eleventh. His trial is set for December 13th.
