(KSL News) -- Emergency crews are on the scene of a nasty traffic accident in Spanish Fork Canyon.
A car and a pickup truck were involved in the accident on Highway 6, about five miles from Spanish Fork. At least six people have been injured. Two people are believed to be trapped inside of one of the vehicles.
A Lifeflight helicopter is on its way to the crash. The accident has closed Highway 6 in both directions.
