TOOELE COUNTY -- A small plane made an emergency landing Wednesday evening on Interstate 80 in Tooele County.
The plane, bound from Wendover to Salt Lake City, experienced a malfunction soon after takeoff. The pilot set it down on the eastbound lanes of I-80 near the Utah-Nevada border.
The plane clipped a semi trailer as it landed on the freeway, but no one was hurt.
