SYRACUSE, Utah (AP) -- A South Ogden Junior High School teacher has been charged with first-degree felony sodomy upon a child.
Thirty-two-year-old Sam Brady Sessions of Syracuse has been summoned to a court hearing July 18th in second District Court in Farmington.
Syracuse police said the grandfather of a three-year-old girl called police in April to report sexual abuse that he said happened sometime in 2004.
Sessions lived with the mother of the child for a short time about a year ago.
His attorney, Rich Gallegos, said his client maintains his innocence and is a respected faculty member.
