SOUTH OGDEN, Utah (AP) -- A nine-month-old baby has died after police say she was found unconscious and not breathing in a bathtub over the weekend.
The incident happened on Saturday night.
South Ogden Police Sergeant Bill Wentland said officers found the infant unconscious and not breathing when they arrived at the scene. Officers and medical personnel gave the child C-P-R. She was transported to McKay-Dee Hospital, where she was later pronounced dead.
Police say the case is under investigation and the cause of death will be determined by the medical examiner's office.
