PROVO, Utah (AP) -- The Provo Fire Department is investigating six blazes believed to have been intentionally set.

There were two fires on Tuesday and four yesterday, all near 300 North and 1200 West.

The largest was Wednesday evening and burned about one-half acre by the Provo River Parkway.

City Fire Marshal Jim Guynn says a boy was seen in the area of two of the fires.

The boy was described as between ten and 12 years old, in a red T-shirt, riding a bicycle.

Guynn said he did not know how the fires were ignited.
