(KSL News) Last month Coco Warner traveled through Southern Utah surprising people there with some High Fives.
This morning, she shares the story of Annie Sorenson, a St. George woman who has survived breast cancer and is a hero to her family.
Her son Scott calls Annie a woman of great faith and determination.
She was diagnosed with breast cancer the day after Thanksgiving 2005, underwent radiation and chemotherapy and came out a survivor. He says she is just a great example.
Scott's sister, Joanna Sorensen, agrees.
Joanna Sorensen/Daughter of High Five Recipient: "She's just been a trooper through this whole thing-- positive, optimistic and so full of hope. She's just a real inspiration to all of us."
Annie Sorensen: "I can't believe this. It's wonderful. The kids are great and we have wonderful neighbors. They've pulled me through this. It's been an amazing year, and a learning experience as well."
