(KSL News) -- The young victim of a hit and run incident in Magna was released from the hospital tonight.
Thirteen-year old Dimitry Ponder was hit the morning of December 5th as he walked to jazz band practice at Matheson Junior High.
He was in a coma until last Wednesday. He still has some pain and his entire right leg is in a cast.
There are still no suspects in the case.
