(KSL News) A woman who turned herself in for a hit-and-run accident yesterday morning will not be charged with a crime until toxicology tests are complete.
Police say the toxicology results are necessary to determine the charges against the woman.
The 20-year-old woman turned herself in hours after 48-year-old Mason Haywood was found dead in the street on 10th West near 6th South. Mason was scraping ice off his car when he was hit.
Neighbors say people often drive too fast in the area and they want a speed bump installed.
Mason Haywood leaves behind a wife and two kids.
